General Information

Waukegan Public School District 60 is now offering a secure website for current students, former students and corporations to request transcripts and student records online.  


The Waukegan Public School District 60 Records Department is responsible for the archiving of student education records of former Waukegan Public School District 60 students.  Per District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is under 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent.


Please note the information below:

    • All records are fulfilled electronically whenever possible.

      Please allow 3-5 business days to process student record orders.

    • All requests for student records/information will be submitted and paid for online. Phone and fax requests will no longer be accepted.

    • There is NO charge for CURRENT STUDENTS to request records. Recent graduates are considered current students until October 1st of their graduation year and should use the CURRENT STUDENT link to request their records online.

    • Requests for information must be completed online and will be processed during normal business days Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

    • Click the appropriate link / icon on the left to request information.

All requests will be checked for accuracy. Any inaccurate information may result in your record not being processed. All communication with regard to your order, payment, our progress, and the records delivery will be sent via email.

All records will be sent electronically whenever possible.  All electronic records can be downloaded and sent electronically to 3rd parties where they can verifiy the record for authenticity by visiting You are responsible for ensuring that the receiving party will accept 'electronic' copies of your records.

The Following May NOT Be Requested:
Diplomas and GED Information We do not handle Diplomas or GED information.
